As you might know I'm mad about the Mzuri paperbeads - handmade by a cooperative of women in Uganda. And my new love are leather cords, so I decided to make my third love - bangles - out of the two.
Wie Ihr vielleicht wisst, bin ich absolut verrückt nach den Papierperlen aus Uganda, die dort Frauen fair gehandelt herstellen. Und meine neue Liebe sind bunte Lederbänder, daher habe ich beschlossen, aus diesen beiden meine dritte Liebe - einen Armreifen - zu machen.
The beads are red and blue, the cord is pink and red - die Perlen sind rot und blau, die Bänder pink und rot.
It light, bright and fun - er ist leicht, bunt und lustig

Love this design! I like to use 1 mm leather cording for necklaces. Black, chocolate and natural- love them all.

Ich habe vor kurzem eine Anleitung für die Herstellung von Papierperlen in der Hand gehabt, die wird auch den Weg zu Dir finden. Jetzt kann ich auch die Papierperlen an meinen beiden Armbändern erkennen, hätte nicht gedacht, dass die aus Papier gemacht wurden. Du machst tollen fetzigen Schmuck. Wir werden Dir von der Messe erzählen.
